I’ve been a loyal customer of European Auto Service for over a decade now, bringing my personal and family cars for various repairs. The owner, Tod, possesses exceptional knowledge and expertise, while all the staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They prioritize timely repairs and promptly order the necessary parts. Additionally, they have a qualified specialist available over the phone to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend European Auto Service to anyone seeking the best maintenance for their vehicles.

If you’re looking for an auto repair shop that combines expertise, integrity, and truly outstanding customer care, **European Automotive Services** is in a league of its own. From the moment I walked in, I knew my car was in the right hands. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to European vehicles, and they take the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on—no confusing jargon, no pressure, just honest and transparent communication. It’s rare to find a shop that balances technical excellence with such a welcoming atmosphere. Phill, in particular, sets the gold standard for customer service. He is gracious, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping customers feel comfortable and informed. He goes above and beyond to answer questions, provide clear options, and ensure everything is handled smoothly from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares—not just about the cars, but about the people who drive them. The work itself is impeccable. My BMW runs better than ever, and everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. No surprises, no upselling—just quality workmanship and professionalism. Wonderful! My experience was superior. The customer service was excellent! The waiting area is plentiful with seating. Coffee and a Keurig is set up and stocked with a variety of coffees. Free coffee is always a plus. The waiting area is nicely organized and clean. Talk about magazine galore... You will not be bored if you decide to wait. Lucky for me I had a bunch of work that I was able to catch up on! The service was above and beyond and then some! I also needed a new tire which they don't do there, but Phil at the front desk hooked me up with Lawrence Tires. I already have an appointment to have my tire changed tomorrow evening at 4. This referral was nice, especially since costco wasn't able to accommodate, which is rare! ... Again Phil is Wonderful; need I say that again?! He is friendly, kind, inviting, engaging, funny! All the above! He does a fantastic job of keeping you in the loop with the service and where the mechanics are with your car. He filled/replenished the chocolate bowl "just for me!!" 😜 This is definitely my new car shop! I also like that their prices are more pocket friendly! At Mercedes-Benz an oil change would cost at least $150 dollars more. At European A

AC went out in my 430clk. I called Felipe, he got my car right in. Todd called me to discuss options with a window door adjustment I requested and my third tail light had a broken connection. No problem for Todd! He had it repaired and back to me in no time. Never had to call in for updates, Felipe kept me updated without fail ! LOVE doing business with European Automotive ! Thank you Todd and crew! Until we meet again !

LIE and DENY! I thought these guys were honest. Phil acted like such a genuinely good dude, but I dropped my car off for a basic oil change and they scratched my car on something. After I noticed and called dude had an excuse ready, saying there’s nothing to scratch my car on, and then he tried to say it looked like paint peeling, (SERIOUSLY!! It’s obvious scratched!!) I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this is a huge thing for everyone a car is not cheap! After paying for a service I have to pay for their mistakes also. Business Ethics, honesty and integrity are such a big deal in business. I’ll never take my car to them again this just happened 5/17/2024. After sending a picture of the scratch he sent me a picture of a lift! Cmon bro., have integrity it’s a buff… so unfortunate, save yourself the trouble take your car to someone with integrity not a fake handshake.
